These Terms apply to all purchases made on the Erin Dublin online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or incorrect information. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Product information

We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–3 cm. Such minor differences are not considered defects.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are covered in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a payment dispute without contacting us may delay a solution. We will provide order and delivery evidence to the payment provider in any dispute.

7. Use of the website

All content on this website, including text, images and design, may not be copied or used without our permission. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
